Description:
SKJ series small pellet mill is with flat die, which are consisted of two rollers. They are generally for home
use. They are widely used in pressing feed pellets.
1. The flat die feed pellet mill can press 4-8mm diameter animal feed pellets. Animal feed materials such as
grain, soybean,maize etc.
2. Our feed pellet mill is handled by CNC machine, the die and rollers are handled by heat treatment,
which increase the abrasive resistance,prolong the die and rollers lifespan. Besides, our small wood
pellet mill have CE, ISO9001, and SGS certificate.
3. The feed pellet mill can be both with motor and diesel engine can satisfy the different customers'
requirements.
4. The capacity of our small feed pellet mill is high, energy consumption is low and the operation is very
stable.
5. Feed pellets have smooth surface, appropriate hardness, high degree of inner curing which could lead
to starch pasting and mprotein solidification, improved nutritive quality of feed, easy digestion and
absorption, as well as the death of common pathogenic germ and parasite.
6. The Pellet Mill s' pellet specification could be adjusted at will by replacing mould.
The made feed pellets have smooth surface, suitable density and higher curing degree. The machine
can make starch pasting, protein coagulating or denaturizing, and improve the nutritional quality of feed
pellets, easy to digest and absorb, meanwhile kill the pathogenic germ and parasite.
